Terms and Conditions of iFixOmaha Club Membership
1. Membership Fee and Validity
The membership fee is $149 per annum.
Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and does not automatically renew.
2. Benefits
Members receive $70 off any repair service, applicable anytime during the membership period.
Limit of one repair per week, with a maximum of 52 repairs per year.
Free diagnostics on any device presented for repair.
3. Identification
Members must present valid identification that matches the name on the membership for service and discounts to be applied.
4. Exclusions
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and are intended solely for the use of the registered member.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
iFixOmaha reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not affect existing memberships until renewal.
Members will be notified of any significant changes to terms and conditions prior to renewal.
7. Renewal
Membership does not automatically renew. Members will be reminded towards the end of their membership term and can choose to renew their membership under the terms and conditions active at that time.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nebraska.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or membership usage shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, located in Nebraska.
