• Selection Process: If your device catches our eye, we'll feature it in one of our weekly episodes. You’ll get a front-row seat to the repair process, plus your repair could be on us!

• Episode Journey: Watch as our technicians diagnose, tinker, and hopefully revive the device. It’s a full-circle journey from submission to resolution.
